Three Developmental Levels

Level 1 — Growing Awesome (Ages 11–13): Emotional awareness, friendship formation, early peer dynamics, confidence-building habits.

Level 2 — Awesome Social Skills for Teens (Ages 13–16): Communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, managing social anxiety, boundary-setting.

Level 3 — Living Awesome (Ages 17–19): Leadership development, independence, responsible decision-making, professional communication, healthy relationship standards.
